And to our companies we make the same commitment. Wherever possible we will assist client companies by reducing placement fees until this economic crisis has passed. We will work with you to establish a fee schedule that is fair to both parties and will maintain our reputation for guaranteeing the candidates we place in your organization. On a case by case basis, we will also consider "flat-fees" agreed upon up front to help you budget the cost of the placement service.
